If you purchase multiple Blind Boxes in the same order, designs and colours will not be repeated.
Orders placed separately may contain duplicate products.
Blind Box products are selected, packed, and shipped completely at random.
You may or may not receive a product you've previously purchased.

Once your order is confirmed and you receive an Order Confirmation Email or Order Number, no changes can be made to your order during the 24-hour sale period. This includes cancellation requests, size changes, address changes, or any other modifications.
Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.
Prepaid orders will be given first preference during fulfilment.
Do not request to convert a COD order to Prepaid after placing your order. While the payment status can be updated, the fulfilment priority will remain the same as the original COD order.
If a product becomes unavailable after your payment is successfully processed due to overselling or inventory issues, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
