Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Executive at Bluorng, you will be responsible for managing direct communication with customers, ensuring their queries, concerns, and post-purchase needs are handled clearly and efficiently. The role focuses on maintaining smooth customer interactions while supporting overall service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer queries related to orders, deliveries, sizing guidance, exchanges, and product details   
  • Provide accurate information regarding order status, shipment tracking, and timelines   
  • Assist customers in selecting the correct size or product based on available information and brand guidelines   
  • Manage issue resolution including delays, damaged products, incorrect orders, or return requests   
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and store teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently   
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions   
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required   
  • Ensure communication remains clear, professional, and solution-focused   
  • Support customer feedback tracking to help improve service processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or support roles   
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills   
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally   
  • Basic understanding of order management and delivery processes

This role works closely with the Store Manager to oversee floor activities, guide team members, manage store discipline, and address day-to-day operational needs, ensuring the store performs smoothly while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in driving daily store performance and service standards
  • Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone for customer interaction and styling support
  • Ensure customers receive attentive, personalised assistance at all times
  • Monitor stock availability on the floor and coordinate replenishment with the team
  • Assist in tracking daily sales performance and supporting target achievement
  • Help manage billing support, queue flow, and customer movement during peak hours
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in fashion retail, premium retail, or customer-focused service environments
  • Strong background in customer interaction, styling assistance, and personalised selling
  • Experience guiding customers through product selection based on fit, occasion, and personal style
  • Prior exposure to supporting a store team during busy hours or shift leadership
  • Understanding of how to maintain high service standards on the floor
  • Good sense of presentation, grooming, and brand representation
  • Natural ability to lead by example on the floor, especially in client service and styling
  • Interest in fashion, trends, and building long-term customer relationships
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
