RECOMENDED CARE FOR THE PRODUCTS ?

MACHINE WASH WORKS FOR ALL OUR TEES. AIR DRY. AVOID DRY CLEANING. USE COLD WATER TO AVOID COLOR BLEED & SHRINKAGE. DO NOT IRON THE PRINT DIRECTLY.

HOW DO I RETURN/ EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchanges@bluorng.com within 5 days of receiving the item. 

  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

  • (1) the product/s are returned after use

  • (2) the products are damaged

  • The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on exchanges@bluorng.com on the same email thread. 

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. 

  • If you have received a defective product, share images at exchanges@bluorng.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours

  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 


  • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. 


* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
