These Blind Box (and/or “Mystery Box”) Terms (“Terms”) supplement and form part of the existing Terms and
Conditions of Bluorng (“Company”, “we”, “us”) available at bluorng.com, and govern the sale of the
Company's limited-edition Blind Box / Mystery Box product (“Blind Box” and/or “Mystery Box”). Save as
expressly varied below, the General Terms continue to apply in full. In the event of any conflict
between these Terms and the General Terms, these Terms shall prevail, but solely in respect of Blind Box
/ Mystery Box orders. By purchasing a Blind Box / Mystery Box, the Customer agrees to be bound by these
Terms in addition to the General Terms.
1. NATURE OF THE BLIND BOX PRODUCT

One Box, One Product.Each Blind Box is a randomised, mystery-format product on a
strict 1 (one) Box = 1 (one) Product basis, each Blind Box purchased contains exactly one article,
selected at random by the Company.
- The indicative retail value of the article received ranges approximately between ₹4,200 and ₹9,995,
i.e. an estimated 168%–400% value uplift over the Blind Box price. This range is indicative only and
is not a guarantee of the value or identity of the article received.
- The article allocated may, at random, be a product the Customer has previously purchased from the
Company. The Customer will have no ability to choose, preview, or influence the selection.
2. PURCHASE LIMIT

The Blind Box is available strictly on a one-time-purchase basis per Customer. Duplicate or repeat
orders (including via a different account or payment method) may be identified and cancelled by the
Company, with a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.
3. AVAILABILITY
-
The Blind Box will be sold exclusively online at bluorng.com, going live at 1:30 PM IST on 15 July
2026, and will remain available for 24 hours from that time or until stock is exhausted, whichever
is earlier. Quantity is extremely limited and not guaranteed for the full window.

Blind Boxes are offered on a limited-time and/or limited-stock basis, as specified on the product
listing. The Company reserves the right to restrict the number of Blind Boxes a single Customer,
account, address, or contact number may purchase, to cancel or limit quantities in cases of
suspected reselling, bulk buying, or fraudulent activity, and to withdraw or modify the Blind Box
offering at its sole discretion prior to dispatch, with a refund processed to the original payment
method in case of such cancellation.
4. PAYMENT AND FULFILMENT PRIORITY

Prepaid orders receive first priority in fulfilment and free express delivery. Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders attract an additional ₹200 delivery charge, and will be cancelled first (without any charge to the Customer) in the event stock is oversold.
5. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE, ALL SALES FINAL

Given the randomised nature of the Blind Box, all sales are final. The Company will not accept a return, exchange, or refund request on the ground that the Customer is dissatisfied with, or received a repeat of, the article allocated. This overrides, for Blind Box orders only, any contrary provision of the Company's general Exchange/Return Policy.
- This does not affect the Customer's right to raise a claim for a Blind Box that is empty, damaged in transit, or materially misdescribed, provided the Company is notified at ordersupport@bluorng.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
6. LIMITED, NARROW EXCEPTIONS

Notwithstanding the above, the Company will address the following on a case-by-case basis, strictly in accordance with its standard process (including the 48-hour reporting window with photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and invoice, as set out in the Return & Exchange Policy):

the parcel is physically damaged, tampered with, or the item received is materially defective due to manufacturing fault; or
-
the item received is not a genuine Bluorng product.

Such cases, if verified, may result in a replacement of the same item or a credit note at the Company's sole discretion, and shall not entitle the Customer to select an alternate product or a monetary refund. Nothing in this Addendum is intended to, or shall, exclude any non-waivable statutory right available to the Customer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules made thereunder.
7. SOLD-OUT ORDERS

If payment is deducted for an order that cannot be fulfilled because stock has sold out, the Company will issue a full refund to the Customer's original method of payment.
8. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing checkout for a Blind Box, the Customer confirms having read and understood this Addendum and affirmatively accepts the “all sales final” and randomised-allocation terms set out herein, independent of and in addition to acceptance of the Principal Policies.
9. REFUND AND EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS

Queries and grievances relating to Blind Box orders may be directed to ordersupport@bluorng.com This Addendum is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, consistent with the governing law clause of the Terms.
