Q. What is a Blind Box?
A. A Blind Box contains 1 randomly selected Bluorng product. Every box is packed completely at random, so you won't know what you're receiving until you open it.
Q. How many products are inside one Blind Box?
A. 1 Blind Box = 1 Product.
Q. Can I purchase more than one Blind Box?
A. Yes. You can purchase multiple Blind Boxes in the same order.
Q. Will I receive duplicate products?
A. If you purchase multiple Blind Boxes within the same order, we will ensure that designs and colours are not repeated. If you place separate orders, duplicate products may be received.
Q. Can I receive something I've purchased before?
A. Yes. Since every Blind Box is packed randomly, there is a chance you may receive a product you've previously owned.
Q. Can I choose the product inside?
A. No. The entire concept of a Blind Box is that products are selected and packed completely at random. Product requests cannot be accommodated.
Q. Can I choose the colour or design?
A. No. Colours and designs are randomly assigned.
Q. Can I change my size after placing the order?
A. No. Once your order has been confirmed and you have received your Order Confirmation Email or Order Number, no changes can be made, including size changes, address changes, product changes, order cancellations, or any other modifications. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. No. All Blind Box orders are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Q. Can I return or exchange my Blind Box?
A. No. Blind Box purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Q. I placed my order as COD. Can I convert it to Prepaid?
A. No. Please do not request a COD to Prepaid conversion after placing your order. Even if the payment status is updated, the order will continue to be processed according to its original COD fulfilment priority.
Q. Why do Prepaid orders get dispatched first?
A. To help us process orders faster and reduce verification delays, Prepaid orders are given priority during fulfilment.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. All Blind Box orders will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after the sale ends.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Most orders are delivered within 7–14 days, depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
Q. Which courier partner do you use?
A. All Blind Box orders are shipped via Blue Dart Air. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via Email and SMS.
Q. What happens if my order gets oversold?
A. In the rare event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or overselling, your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Q. Are Blind Box products defective or old stock?
A. No. Every Blind Box contains 100% genuine Bluorng products that meet our quality standards. The surprise lies only in which product you receive—not its quality.
Q. What if my package arrives damaged?
A. If your package arrives damaged during transit, please email ordersupport@bluorng.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos of the package. Our team will review the case and assist you accordingly.
